Frequently Asked Questions

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can use any major card to subscribe to a paid plan at UrlJockey.com. Payments are processed through our trusted payment partner, Stripe, and certain limitations may apply depending on your card issuer or region.

2. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Profile → Subscription in your account.


Please note that if you cancel a paid subscription that has already been billed, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features.


Once the billing period ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. If you have created URLs that exceed the Free plan’s usage limits, those URLs will be temporarily deactivated. You can view all deactivated URLs in your dashboard.


To reactivate them, you can either upgrade your subscription plan or delete enough URLs to fit within the Free plan limits.

3. Is there a free trial available?

No, we do not offer a free trial. However, we provide a Free plan for users who sign up with a valid email address. The Free plan includes most of the core features available in our paid plans. If you are looking for a specific feature or have particular requirements, please contact us at support@urljockey.com. We’re always happy to discuss how we can help.

4. Do you offer refunds?

Currently, we do not offer refunds. Since all subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis, you can avoid future charges by cancelling your plan at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will automatically switch to the Free plan.

5. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers. All transactions are securely processed by our trusted payment partner, Stripe, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices.

6. Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Pricing page.
